I want to leave a one-million-star review for Juozas. He spent over 5 hours with me solving every issue on my website, Titilio.com, with an incredible level of patience, attention, and professionalism. This was not basic support. He truly took the time to understand the problems, check every detail, explain everything clearly, test the solutions, and make sure everything was working properly before finishing. It is rare to find someone this dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Juozas showed outstanding professionalism, great communication, and a level of support that gave me real confidence. Honestly, he is an amazing professional. He solved everything, helped me through every detail, and delivered support far above what I expected. My rating for Juozas is 1 million out of 10. Absolutely excellent support. Great job, Juozas!

Dominykas helped me out way more than I expected. From the start, he was super professional, patient, and actually took the time to explain everything so I could fully understand the platform. Before talking to him, I was honestly thinking about leaving, but after his help, I feel confident using everything now and I’m definitely staying.

That is the second app we use from Kaching and the support we got from Paulius has been great and he was really quick to solve a couple of configuration challenges we faced. The app is very intuitive and extermelly flexible in the configuration and very important for us it supports brilliantly the multilanguage shop we have. We look forward to increase our AOV with the offers we can create with this app!

I only set-up the app this week and I'm excited for prospects. I had some trouble understanding the code logic in what is offers are prioritsed at checkout. Reached out to customer support and a very lovely human called Eligijus helped me out. Less than 10 minutes from asking got my answer, made me smile. Super helpful service, recommended to all stores to easily boost average order value. Thank you for your help!

Excellent app. Only annoying limitations are those imposed by Shopify's checkout / post checkout controls. However the app itself is great. Integrates very nicely with Kaching's other excellent apps also.
