Dovydas was incredible and really helped me when i needed it the most. Shopify support was telling me certain changes are impossible to do and i need to just ''deal with it'', they closed the chats on me without giving me any help, but Dovydas on the other hand found a smart way to fix the problem i was having even though he had limitations from Shopify's backend. Incredibly guy and deffinitely deserves a raise. SHOUT OUT Dovydas saved me big time.

Have tried numerous Post Purchase apps, but this feels like the best one when it comes to pricing and UX/UI. Very easy to set up and gets the job done. Domantas has helped me with some additional questions I had about features, quick response and always a good answer.

Had an small issue, and Paulius responded superfast with a solution. Ive been working with Kaching since day 1, and their customer service is the reason why ill continue working with them.
