I love the customer service response time. I had an issue with a customer wanting to cancel a subscription that they signed up for “by mistake” and received a discount. Not only did Erikas give me step-by-step instructions on how to cancel the subscription, but also a suggestion as to how to prevent immediate cancellations on any future orders. This eased my concerns about this happening again in the future. Kaching Customer Service reps really do go above and beyond.
