I initially had a frustrating experience after spending over 11 days trying to resolve an issue: the subscription widget not displaying on my featured product block on the home page. For a while, I kept being told the developers would be “pinged,” with little clarity or progress, which was disappointing. That said, I want to update this review because the issue was eventually fixed, and the way it was handled in the end really mattered. Pijus was the first person to clearly explain why the issue was taking so long, was transparent about what was happening behind the scenes, and genuinely took ownership of making it a priority to resolve. I really appreciate the care, honesty, and follow-through once he stepped in. That level of transparency and effort made a big difference.
