We found this app from Thorup at the right moment. We had recently discovered our store's traffic was being systematically plagued (if not raped) daily by exorbitant sessions from fraudulent bots. It was contaminating all our site's activity and data all over. We installed Kairos and in less than a day, the culprit source of the invasive traffic was properly identified and almost surgically blocked and stopped. The app is super straightforward to install and use. And it does its job and it works. Provided support is top notch. This app is backed by developers who are serious and legit professionals, and certainly committed to their craft.

Working with Thorup has been nothing but positive and educational through out the extended beta testing and app release. Our store statistics have been cleaned up significantly, so we have actionable and useful stats now once again prior to countless session hits making our stats almost useless before. Easy to configure, easy to evaluate, it just works.
