Pricing is not updating on Checkout - this is not really accurate info, as we mention into our communication that this issue is generated by another app, we were happy to find out a solution, but unfortunately you removed the app without giving us a chance to fix it for you. While this is caused by another app, WE ALWAYS HAPPY To help you out. 2. Hiding CHAT - We try to offer Support via chat from 3AM - 5PM EST Time(Monday to Friday), Our team is located in Ukraine, and on that specific day, in Ukraine we had Independence Day - we decided to hide CHAT not only for you but for everybody as may get too many requests with no answer. There wasn't any intention to hide CHAT for you, is just was that day. I am 100% sure that other than that day, we always available for help. I know, maybe the experience wasn't necessary the one that you were expected, but I promise WE LOVE OUR CLIENTS, and will never let them go just because they already installed and that's all.
