L’application Kanal est un outil pratique et intuitif, qui apporte de vrais résultats. Quand un problème avec Meta s'est présenté, j'ai eu la chance d'être accompagnée par Erevan. Très bonne application, simple à prendre en main et vraiment efficace pour automatiser et structurer la communication WhatsApp avec nos clients. Mention spéciale à Laurine pour son sérieux, sa disponibilité et son suivi.

J’utilise Canal depuis quelques semaines et j’en suis très satisfait. L’outil est facile à prendre en main et très intuitif au quotidien. Les relances de paniers abandonnés sont particulièrement efficaces et ont eu un réel impact sur nos ventes. Nous avons rapidement constaté une amélioration de nos conversions. Le support est également très réactif et professionnel, je recommande sans hésiter.
