We have plugged in Kandid AI's sales bot and we have seen green shoots in the form of influenced orders. The product is neat, good UI / UX and specially the native cart is something which I have not seen with other players. They have also built a custom PDP widget which has a great adoption. The brain / team behind this product is solid and very responsive.

We’ve been using Kandid AI for Frido Mobility, and it has been a fantastic addition to our store. The product itself is very intuitive and does a great job of engaging customers and handling queries effectively. What really stands out, though, is the team. They are very supportive, responsive, and always ready to help with any customizations or technical questions we have.
