This APP was working fine until 3 months ago, then offers stopped updating...? No reply from Support until now

Slechte ondersteuning. Daarnaast worden Tracking nummers niet overgenomen en dit zorgt ervoor dat wij alles handmatig dienen te doen.
Hello Online Chemicaliën NL, Yes, we do support the automatic synchronization of tracking numbers from Shopify to Kaufland. However, in some cases, the carrier from Shopify may not be automatically mapped to Kaufland. To resolve this, you can easily configure your default carrier within the app. Since you provided me access to your store, I have already made the necessary adjustment for you. Voll zufrieden nach 6 Monaten ungefähr. Stefano ist für Support da, und ist immer voll behilflich mit der App umzugehen ist einfach, und das großte Vorteil daran ist dass die einzige einzelheiten von jedem Produkt ist über die App zu ändern (Beschreiubung, Lieferzeit ...) bin zufrieden und würde nur weiter empfehlen
