We use the free version and I think its great. I dont really have a technical background but can figure things out [with enough time and help] & with the chat support essentially always being available --- Iv been able to create multiple automations - something Iv never done before. They even built a new automation after I mentioned my organization would like to apply tags based on specific product/package purchase - this helps us tag clients into segmented email campaigns in keap based on what theyve purchased in shopify. Looking forward to seeing what other automations we can create to help streamline our sales funnel!

I always hate to give a bad review, as everyone works hard to create a product they plan to sell. But really, you have no video tutorials, no access to tech support, and the instructions are awful. I was so excited to see your product, and then utterly disgusted to try and figure this app out. Yes, I am very tech savvy, so for me to have issues, I hate to think what a poor person with no tech skills would encounter. Please, give some support and direction so people know how to use your app. Updated 2/3/24 - I have not received any correspondence from you. Please reach out to me again.
