Despite being installed to block unwanted traffic, it does not block anything. We confirmed that neither bots nor traffic from specified countries were successfully blocked. The app essentially operates as an analytics tool: it only informs us of attacks and traffic after the fact, without providing any preventive measures. The primary function of blocking traffic is completely absent. Furthermore, customer support is nonexistent. We sent four detailed messages to the support team across several days and have received zero responses. If you require an application that delivers on its security promises or provides any level of customer service, look elsewhere.
