Got this specifically to keep free downloads from being "purchased" by Australian customers (I don't sell to AU). Installed, two days later an Australian customer purchased a download. And no, not using a VPN or any other IP redirect or disguise software.
We are really sorry for the inconvenience. It might be due to the use of a VPN, which can hide your location and cause issues.
