Game changer! We have a fairly large influencer program and have seen an unusal spike in discounts lately due to promo codes. While that's to be expected, there was no way to know all the places the codes lived. Now with KeepCart we can easily tell whose code needs to be updated, all the places the codes are leaked, do we need to block them, etc. The details on this app are incredible. The platform is user friendly and I can tell everything I need to know as soon as I log on. It's a must-have tool for your business!

Shortly after we started providing discount codes to a particular set of new customers, we saw many non-qualified customers using that discount code. We then started to search for a plugin that would help mitigate this issue. We compared two plugins and decided that KeepCart was the best option for our situation. So far, we are very happy with how well it handles the discount codes! We like using the protected link option the best for our customers. All the information flows through to our orders the way we like, we can track the analytics of our discount code, and see all the usage of our first misused code. If you do affiliate marketing like shareasale, PMX, avantlink, etc. and you don't use a product like KeepCart, then you are wasting your time. We found out that one of our top affiliates was just uploading his coupon codes into Honey so we were paying, Honey, The Affiliate, and giving the customer a discount on top of everything else. KeepCart helps us block sites like Honey and with their Coupon Leaker tracker, we can see what coupons are being used outside of platforms like meta and tiktok. Pro move: Don't delete coupon codes that are leaked, just move them down to 2% or 3% off, you will be surprised how many people still check out with a coupon for 2% off.

Keepcart quickly identified the leaked codes being used across the web. We have brand ambassadors and I honestly think they leaked their own codes to get more referral money. Keepcart lets us notify the ambassador and change their code. Since then no codes have been leaked, allowing us to only pay for real referrals.
