Great app. Quite flexible and powerful, especially given the price tag. But the best thing is the support. We've had a prolonged testing and integration phase with plenty of wishes and improvements. Kefi did their best to accommodate us.

Love this app! We were trying to achieve a seamless user experience for our company's pick + mix product and were not able to find just the right fix. Through Kefi we created exactly what we were envisioning. Support is quick to respond and was extremely helpful in creating a few custom tweaks we wanted to feature. 10/10!!

We’ve been running Metalbird globally across eight countries on Shopify for over many years, and Kefi has been a game-changer for us. We use it for all bundling, discounting, and our slide cart on all our sites, both pre and post-purchase. From Day One, the Kefi team were exceptional: they met with us, understood exactly what we needed, and even customised our Slide Cart to our exact requirements at no extra cost. The app is powerful and flexible. It’s handled every complex discounting rule we’ve thrown at it...stacking, non-stacking, scheduled discounts, and bundle logic, all with flawless execution. The Kefi team respond fast (often within minutes), fix issues within hours, and never push things onto a “roadmap” that you never see again. They just get it done. If you don't know how to execute, they'll meet with you, work through it with you, and make improvements to their product if required. The design options in the app cover most needs out of the box, and when we’ve wanted something more specific, the team have happily adjusted it for us. The result is stable, clean, and easy to manage in-house without relying on hard-coded solutions or external developers. In short, Kefi works exactly as promised and is backed by a team that genuinely cares. Highly recommended.

After years of trying to find a better bundle app for our lacrosse starter set sales, we finally found one. Kefi has been amazingly responsive to my requests. We mainly use the Standard bundle and it worked right out of the box, but I wanted more. And they implemented over 6 requests for changes to the behavior and format. I have never had such a responsive company for requests. Many are done in 48 hours. I cannot recommend highly enough. Works better and faster than our previous solution that we were stuck on for 4 year.s
