Initially, I wasn’t sure if adding a loyalty program would actually make a difference, but Kefi made it easy enough to try without much risk. The setup was quick, and everything started working almost immediately. What I’ve noticed so far is that customers are engaging more with the store, especially those who have already purchased once.

The main reason we installed this app was to move away from constantly offering discounts. We wanted something that rewards customers without hurting margins too much. So far, Kefi has been a good alternative. Customers seem to like earning points, and we’ve seen some come back sooner than expected just to redeem them.
