We added Kefi mainly to see if a loyalty program could help us build some consistency in repeat orders. Initially, we weren’t expecting much, but within the first couple of weeks, we noticed small but clear changes. Customers who had already purchased once were coming back sooner, especially when they were close to redeeming rewards. It just started working in the background, which is exactly what we needed.
