We are using the app for custom condition based rules to optimize our checkout process. Very good, quick and helpful support!

We used it just to rename our Bank Deposit to "request a quote", but we also needed to apply some shipping discounts based on certain customer groups based on the SHIPPING amount we calculated. Within a few hours, "shipping costs" were added as conditions and we were able to apply the rules we needed. Couldn't ask for a better outcome in terms of support and turn around time. Well done!
