We used it just to rename our Bank Deposit to "request a quote", but we also needed to apply some shipping discounts based on certain customer groups based on the SHIPPING amount we calculated. Within a few hours, "shipping costs" were added as conditions and we were able to apply the rules we needed. Couldn't ask for a better outcome in terms of support and turn around time. Well done!

I'm just loading it now. Let's see after a month. I will say this app is so far pretty easy to setup and it looks like it may be easy to keep up with.
