Hello, We have been working with Kintsugi for over an year now and there are really good things happened to us as a Ecommerce brand 1. Fully automated sales tax without any interruption while sales tax being one of the clumsy activity and no software in the market is closer to what kintsugi is doing. 2. Kintsugi customer & Engineer team truly a top notch and queries are resolved with top professionalism 3. We being the Ecommerce brand i definitely suggest Kintsugi for every Ecommerce brand out there. 4. Some brands may feel kintsugi is expensive compared to offline/online service providers in market but think about accuracy and time savings that being strong value for kintsugi.
