Was previously using a different app but found it was interfering with my other Apps. Did a search and foundKite Pickup and I am so happy with this app! Easy to use and set up and the customer service is excellent. Were so quick and helpful with a setup query that I had. I highly recommend!!!

Sidharth was super helpful in setting up. He personally got on a call with me to walk through set up from start to finish. He made the whole process so easy and stress free. When I ran into a checkout issue unrelated to his app, he was straight onto it and got it resolved quickly. He even went the extra mile by building custom features specifically for my store. You dont get this level of personal attention from any app. Its really special and rare and i cant recommend Kite enough!

Have recently just installed Kite: Delivery Date picker and had some trouble using the features as I am new to this. I reached out for some help and Sidharth has taken lots of time and effort to walk me through the steps to achieve what I wanted. Sidharth and his team has really gone above and beyond and even helped me with features on Shopify that is outside the Kite: Delivery Date picker app scope. I am extremely impressed with his timely response and attention to detail, and especially willingness and eagerness to help. The app is very easy to use and does what I want it to, simple, straightforward and user-friendly compared to other ones that I have come across. Highly recommend if you're on the look out for a local delivery and store pick-up app!

Every time I’ve asked for help, the team has replied quickly with clear, actionable answers, instead of canned responses. I’ve even requested new features and they shipped working changes for my store within about 6 hours, which is incredibly fast for any app. Setup was straightforward, and the calendar widget looks clean and professional on both desktop and mobile. My team loves the control over cut‑off times, blackout dates, and pickup vs. delivery rules, and my customers love being able to choose the exact time window that works for them.
