July 10, 2026 Update: I wish I could give this app and the developer, Sidharth, 10 stars. This is the app you want. The app itself is great, but the the developer behind it, Sidharth, is exceptional. Sidharth patiently worked with me to both understand my use case and how to address it given the constraints of the platform. He delivered his part on time and was very professional. I cannot speak highly enough of Sidharth. If you're browsing different apps for pickup and delivery, strongly consider supporting KiteLane and Sidharth. Original Review: This app is working well for my use case. More than app itself, I genuinely enjoyed working with Sidharth. He listened well, was very professional, and implemented a solution that satisfies a need I had for my business.

My experience with this app has been excellent. The support team was incredibly helpful in configuring everything to match my requirements. I especially appreciate how smoothly the local pickup and delivery features work with Shopify's native local delivery settings. The app also blends seamlessly with my store's design.
Was having a bit of trouble with our initial set up and having a bit of trouble existing delivery customisation apps. But Sidarth took his time to help us work through some of the issues and get everything set up. Thanks for all your help Sidarth!
So far my experience with this app has been fantastic! Sidharth was so helpful with getting all the details sorted out to make the app function exactly as I had hoped. I really like that the local pick up & delivery options ingrate nicely with the default Shopify local delivery settings. Also integrates perfectly into my site aesthetically!

Was previously using a different app but found it was interfering with my other Apps. Did a search and foundKite Pickup and I am so happy with this app! Easy to use and set up and the customer service is excellent. Were so quick and helpful with a setup query that I had. I highly recommend!!!

Sidharth was super helpful in setting up. He personally got on a call with me to walk through set up from start to finish. He made the whole process so easy and stress free. When I ran into a checkout issue unrelated to his app, he was straight onto it and got it resolved quickly. He even went the extra mile by building custom features specifically for my store. You dont get this level of personal attention from any app. Its really special and rare and i cant recommend Kite enough!

Have recently just installed Kite: Delivery Date picker and had some trouble using the features as I am new to this. I reached out for some help and Sidharth has taken lots of time and effort to walk me through the steps to achieve what I wanted. Sidharth and his team has really gone above and beyond and even helped me with features on Shopify that is outside the Kite: Delivery Date picker app scope. I am extremely impressed with his timely response and attention to detail, and especially willingness and eagerness to help. The app is very easy to use and does what I want it to, simple, straightforward and user-friendly compared to other ones that I have come across. Highly recommend if you're on the look out for a local delivery and store pick-up app!
