Sid was very helpful with helping me setup the app the way I wanted it. He did everything I asked and got it live very quickly. I'm glad that I decided to use them. The problem I had was customers placing an order on a Friday or Saturday and thinking they could pick up the next day. Shopify doesn't have any way to control the pickup dates. This app solved that problem. Now customers are aware that they cannot pickup on the weekends or holidays. Thank you very much!

I've had a fantastic experience with this app. I'm using the free plan, yet the features are incredibly generous and work exactly as I needed for my Shopify store. I did run into a few setup glitches, but Sidharth was absolutely amazing. He responded quickly, identified the issues, and fixed everything so the app now works seamlessly. Some of the problems were actually caused by limitations of my current Shopify plan rather than the app itself, and Sidharth still took the time to help me find the best solution. It's rare to find a free app with this level of functionality and customer support. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to add great features to their Shopify store.

July 10, 2026 Update: I wish I could give this app and the developer, Sidharth, 10 stars. This is the app you want. The app itself is great, but the the developer behind it, Sidharth, is exceptional. Sidharth patiently worked with me to both understand my use case and how to address it given the constraints of the platform. He delivered his part on time and was very professional. I cannot speak highly enough of Sidharth. If you're browsing different apps for pickup and delivery, strongly consider supporting KiteLane and Sidharth. Original Review: This app is working well for my use case. More than app itself, I genuinely enjoyed working with Sidharth. He listened well, was very professional, and implemented a solution that satisfies a need I had for my business.

Wow! These guys are amazing! The support is phenomenal and has far exceeded my expectations. It's a really nice app too with plenty of functionality. I tested 7 date picker apps and these guys have blown me away.
