Kiwidrop used to be great. Then there was a drastic change in suppliers, and shipping times. They don't even bother to respond to chat messages anymore.

I started out using Kiwi a lot in the beginning, but now, they constantly sell out. Usually on launch days, half of the items are already sold out. It just makes business really challenging. Also, it's been really hard to get in touch with support. I emailed them about a defective item that my customer received and they never got back with me, so I took the loss. The people who work for Kiwi are SO nice and I love the lives they do in the FB community! The styles they have are always spot on. But there definitely needs to be improvements in the inventory levels.

This app makes it very easy to add products and manage inventory. Prices are reasonable, and they have good product photos. I'm very happy with them so far. I highly recommend them.

What an amazing team at Kiwi Drop! Chris and Ro are a joy to work with and give personalized service. The Lives that Ro does for the presell for the boutiques is so helpful. Being boutique owners themselves is what sets them apart from the others, they truly get us. We look forward to many more years with our family at Kiwi.

Extremely impressed! We love this company and the people...top notch. They are innovative, approachable, extremely hard working and have become a true partner for us. I started using Kiwi Drop about two months ago and I have had the best experience! Their customer service is fantastic, helping you step by step with the process of syncing if you’re new to this. The shipping is super fast! Quality is perfect. I love that I can purchase samples and try on for my girls to see. The descriptions are already written for you and so easy to sync through shopify! My customers love the ability to purchase from our favorite brands too and always get their size, rather than purchasing a 1/1/2/2 pack of zenana and some of my size medium girls not getting what they want because it’s sold out.

Highly recommend! I use several other dropshippers and kiwi by far is my favorite. They are very intentional with the collections they offer and the inventory choice is the best out there. I feel like they sell styles I actually want in my shop that I would pick myself. So happy with the kiwi experience and look forward to a continued relationship as we both grow together.

Very Happy With Kiwi ! App is amazing to use / love that I can download only what I want To push to my site. Shipping is quick and affordable. They are very helpful and did a touch base call to welcome me and asked for feedback. Product set is growing fast and this is a valuable service for my boutique.

Where do I even begin!! I own a woman's online clothing boutique and have worked with several drop shipping companies and Kiwi is MY FAVORITE!! They offer both Brand items (very important to me) and White Label items. There is also a group you can join on Facebook where they do a live video showing us where the ladies are trying on the items for us to see the quality, fit, etc. In these videos these sweet ladies answer any questions we may have! If that's not enough they also take pictures for us to use!! Sounds amazing right?!? It gets even better!! Not only do they offer a low flat rate shipping cost per item but they also offer combined shipping, automatic payment and a few more things! Packaging is another thing they do better than any other drop shipper I have used. They use good quality poly mailers! Best of all it's FREE to use them!! Literally no monthly subscription charge. Their system is set up to sync whichever items you want over to your site so easy! If you read this far you are probably thinking I'm either getting paid to say these things or I work for them and neither are true. I have always believed in giving credit where credit is due and this is my honest opinion about Kiwi!! Try it for yourself! It's FREE! If you don't like it as much as I do then just delete it!

It's been a crazy few years between Covid and being hit with a hurricane... and all I can say is that Kiwi Drop has been a saving grace to keep my business afloat! Not only is dropshipping great for my business, but the owners/customer service at Kiwi Drop is next level! They are AMAZING!! Make sure you join their facebook groups too. There is so much information to help you become successful using their services. Absolutely amazing!
