We had implemented Klevu few years ago and we saw very good uplift on search conversion rate and got very good feedbacks from the customers how smooth our search bar is and also how easy they can find the products on the site! it made our customers experience way better than before! Powerful Tool They have monthly product townhall meetings, where they do a great job of explaining new features and how to use them. Klevu gives us an extremely efficient search feature. It would be great if it were more affordable.

Wonderful AI and Great Support The support team is wonderful at Klevu. We were able to customize our entire search and merchandizing options for our specific business cases. I really do not have a lot to dislike. I believe they are a bit more expensive than other providers but they are well worth the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Klevu helped us to resolve user based products information and also helped us to personalize search banners based on user type.

Klevu has been our trusted solution for Search and Collection display for over 4 years. The technology and the support team behind the app are second to none. If you have an issue or query they respond within minutes and ensure your concern is resolved. The product itself has evolved and gotten better over time and its clear the team is investing in the future with many of the AI enhancements that have been released and are in development. Highly recommended for even the most complex store setups, Klevu will quickly become a core part of your ecommerce tech stack.

Fully customizable options are amazing on this app. We would not be where we are with our search results if it were not for the responsiveness of the Klevu team. Highly recommending this app for anyone who is needing a customizable search option for their site.
