Powerful Tool They have monthly product townhall meetings, where they do a great job of explaining new features and how to use them. Klevu gives us an extremely efficient search feature. It would be great if it were more affordable.

Wonderful AI and Great Support The support team is wonderful at Klevu. We were able to customize our entire search and merchandizing options for our specific business cases. I really do not have a lot to dislike. I believe they are a bit more expensive than other providers but they are well worth the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Klevu helped us to resolve user based products information and also helped us to personalize search banners based on user type.

Klevu has been our trusted solution for Search and Collection display for over 4 years. The technology and the support team behind the app are second to none. If you have an issue or query they respond within minutes and ensure your concern is resolved. The product itself has evolved and gotten better over time and its clear the team is investing in the future with many of the AI enhancements that have been released and are in development. Highly recommended for even the most complex store setups, Klevu will quickly become a core part of your ecommerce tech stack.

Fully customizable options are amazing on this app. We would not be where we are with our search results if it were not for the responsiveness of the Klevu team. Highly recommending this app for anyone who is needing a customizable search option for their site.

The free version can't do anything at all that others can't. If you want only a fraction of the advertised features, you start with hundreds of euros. Ridiculous.

This has been an invaluable asset for us since we launched our store at Shopify. Their willing attitude and their professionalism have been key to bring comfort and ease to our customers while they perform a search into our store. Always providing a very useful set of recommendations to our end users, that mostly rely on identifying best sellers and top matches that are more accurate semantically speaking, rather than simply presenting our stock items ordered alphabetically or by our newest additions. Thank you very much for your help and guidance throughout this path, it has been amazing.

This has been by far the easiest integration we have done with Shopify! The results and functionalities keep getting better as time goes on. We've used Klevu for a little over a year now and their team is super responsive with any issues and really takes into consideration any feedback. Our search is optimized and more relevant to our consumers, so I would definitely recommend this app.

Super robust search capabilities. This has made it so much easier for customers to find exactly what they are looking for. The AI search boosting is awesome and only makes the search better as it goes on. Also it was super easy to install. We are very happy we switched from Searchanise "Smart Search & Instant Search", which had broken a couple times and provided bad experience for customers

Really happy with Klevu since switching from Instant Search+. Easy to use and quick search for customers and internally. We've been able to customise this so much to bring the search element up to align with the aesthetics of the rest of our site plus being able to integrate blog content into the search results which was a key part of our strategy. Product promotions and personalised search recommendations are particularly good features. Would recommend!

Great technology with a lot of capabilities and very customizable to our needs and site. Love the quick search. It is expensive but worth every penny, Support replies quickly and professionally, so far have answered all my questions.

This app is INCREDIBLE! Klevu search has been irreplaceable for our business. When looking for a search solution we first had to determine if Klevu was able to index our catalog that we wanted and our products were searchable down the specific variant within Shopify. It worked flawlessly. Second, we wanted to have a much more sophisticated search solution. They focus on understanding the shoppers intent by adding relevant synonyms in real time---thus keeping us from manually adding them. They also focus on longer tiered search queries rather than the traditional keyword based matching such as "Leather Bag Under $400". Lastly the support has been unreal. Very quick to reply to any questions we have, very helpful in helping us set up our own Merchandising approach. I highly recommend this app to anyone in the market for a much more robust search solution for their business-----Which should be everyone!

Excellent App! Klevu has been very easy to install and get up and running on our site in a matter of minutes. It's great for someone like me who is not the most tech savvy as most of it is automatic and in no time you have a perfectly functioning search feature installed on your site. It looks great. The CSS is already sleek and modern looking requiring little fixing if you're not that skilled in CSS. For the questions I did have, their support staff e-mailed me back within MINUTES, unlike 24 hours like other apps, and offered me quick, friendly, helpful service. 24 hours is a long time to wait when you're in e-commerce and you can lose out on customers if something isn't working on your site, so the fact that they offer speedy support is awesome! Try it out, you have nothing to lose!
