It's easy to use and the fact that it can run automatically with start and end dates lets us set up a bunch of coupons ahead of time and not touch them again until we need to. We are also using the automatic discounts to be shown to tagged customers who have only made 1 purchase for win-back campaigns with shopify messaging.
