I've been trying contact with the team since yesterday, but no one replies to me. The app is good, just the support isnt that good.
eu respondi o e-mail pode ter caído na caixa de spam, basicamente respondi "só dá para alterar via css no editor de tema ou criando um snippet para atingir a extensão, o app é feito como uma extensão da shopify não se cria arquivo snippet"
Melhor aplicativo que tem no shopify. Suporte sempre disponivel.
O aplicativo não usa as dimensões e peso do produto, na verdade você tem que setar um peso e dimensões fixas. A não ser que você tenha apenas uma categoria de produtos não instale. Perda de tempo.
cada produto/variante tem os metacampos das dimensões é so adicionar lá que vai funcionar a cotação por dimensões diferentes
Esse APP é muito útil para nós e o atendimento é muito bom! Parabéns
Tivemos alguns problemas com as ferramentas de comunicação (quem nunca?!), mas depois disso o time foi proativo, entendeu o cenário e resolveu a situação, mesmo sendo um caso fora do padrão do app.
