1x por semana a integração cai e os pedidos param de entrar no Kommo. Tentamos de tudo, e não volta. Abrimos chamado, e normalmente demoram dias pra resolver. Usamos para pós-venda e relacionamento, e quebra todo o nosso fluxo. A ferramenta do Kommo é ótima, mas essa integração é péssima e prejudica o trabalho. Estamos pensando seriamente em migrar de ferramenta.

Excelente herramienta para llevar un buen control del servicio al cliente, te permite unificar tus diferentes canales de venta (Shopify, Instagram, Fb, WhatsApp, etc) y ver todas las conversaciones desde un solo lugar, eso nos ahorra mucho tiempo en el servicio al cliente y resolución de problemas. La recomendamos ampliamente.

La uso a diario y me ha ayudado bastante a gestionar diferentes canales de venta desde un solo lugar. Principalmente la utilizo para WhatsApp. Me gustaría que mejoraran un poco las opciones de automatización con IA, espero que lo mejoren pronto!
