Honestly, Kommunicate has been one of the best tools we've implemented on our store. It’s by far the most powerful and flexible AI chatbot we’ve found. We were looking for a solution with a proper human fallback and strong customization options, since we have quite specific requirements and Kommunicate delivered. Azie from the support team has been incredibly helpful, assisting us with everything and even customizing a lot of features for us. The chatbot saves us time, reduces manual workload, and has truly improved our customer support experience. If you're looking for a chatbot that’s affordable, easy to customize, has excellent support, human fallback, and a mobile app, Kommunicate is the right choice. Highly recommended.
