I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of the products, the prices, the communication, and the fast delivery. I highly recommend it!

The products seemed quite high at first but when I compared most of it to amazon, sephora, Olive young, style korean it is actually quite affordable and made it posssible for me to mark up the prices a bit. Shipping is costly because they go by weight. I think they have to up-charge the shipping cost especially US bound is because they cover the Tariffs so no extra cost when it gets to the customers doorstep. Their customer service is great, they respond right away. I do agree that shipping takes too long and that is gonna be the downside despite the affordable prices. Can’t compete with bigger ecommerce platform who can afford faster shipping like DHL.

The prices are extremely high sometimes even above the market rate which makes it difficult to sell their products. When I raised this concern with them, they said that despite the high prices, it’s still possible to sell successfully because price isn’t the only factor.

There are two issues which make Korealy an impossible primary dropship supplier, and one that makes them a good supplier to fill in a few products. 1. The prices are extremely high. My price on Koreal is usually 4x higher than wholesalers like ABW, and about the same as the price from Amazon or other retailers, including Shopify Dropshippers. In other words, I can't mark products up at all, or I can't compete and sell. No profit margin. Zero. I've added 1600 products from Korealy, and I can't sell anything because the prices are too high. I've had zero sales, even with a Google Ads campaign. 2. Shipping is entirely too long and too expensive. Considering that I can't mark up prices at all, and I still have to add shipping (compared to free shipping from other dropshippers or Amazon) to cover the cost of shipping from Korealy, my products end up prohibitively more expensive that everyone else. Then, shipping takes a couple of weeks. I've ordered several products myself, to test shipping times. Two weeks plus, each time. I can't compete with next day and two day shippers like that. 3. The only positives I can give Korealy are the sheer quantity of products, and the good descrptions and photos. It would be a good site to use to fill in a few products you cabnt get elsewhere, but it's a terrible site to try to use as a main supplier.

I downloaded the app because I wanted to dropship Korean beauty products. But when trying to create a shipping profile in Shopify, the app does not show up as an option to select. I will have to delete this app.

I've been facing ongoing stock synchronization issues between my Shopify store and the Korealy app, which have led to frequent discrepancies in product availability. This is causing frustration for both my team and customers. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including removing a potentially conflicting app and re-importing products, the root cause remains unidentified, leading to significant operational challenges and potential loss of sales. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with this app? I’m asking the team for immediate assistance in resolving this matter, as it’s affecting my ability to efficiently run my store. Updated Review (June 2025): Following up on my earlier review from January: unfortunately, the stock sync issue between my Shopify store and the Korealy app still hasn’t been resolved after more than six months. Despite multiple attempts to work with their team Korealy has now said they will no longer investigate the issue, as it “only affects my store.” Their suggested workaround is to manually inform customers when items are out of stock, which isn’t feasible at scale. I was also asked to remove my negative review, but I don’t feel that’s appropriate while the core issue remains unresolved. If a fix is eventually implemented, I’ll be happy to update or remove this review. For now, I hope this helps other store owners make an informed decision. Update – June 2026: One year later, the issue is still not resolved. In fact, it has become worse. Out of our last 7 orders, 5 included products that turned out to be out of stock. This means that more than 70% of our recent orders have been affected by incorrect stock information. After almost 1.5 years, this is no longer an occasional issue but a serious and ongoing inventory problem. I still find it hard to believe that our store is the only one affected. For any store relying on accurate stock synchronization, this creates real operational problems, customer frustration, refunds, and lost trust. Unfortunately, I still cannot recommend this app until this issue is properly resolved.
