Avelle Jewelry review for kosR

When I launched my store I used a different app for handling my deliveries but the customer journey wasn't working well so I couldn't get too much conversion. I switched to kosR and this was the best decision I've made. Since then the customer journey is so smooth, customers get the whole order done in a minute. The biggest plus is the map is integrated in Checkout so the user doesn't have to navigate to a different page. It's all in one. I had some issues though with the express checkout flow so I contacted the kosR team. Zoltán and Viktor made a proper audit of my store and they made all the necessary changes, so it works like a charm. Great app, excellent service and good pricing options. Highly recommended!
