Mustafa and the team at Kudosity have been excellent to work with. The SMS platform is reliable, easy to use, and integrates seamlessly into our workflow. Delivery rates and performance have been consistently strong, which is critical for our campaigns. Mustafa in particular has been incredibly helpful and responsive, always quick to assist and provide solutions when needed. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and the success of their messaging. Highly recommend Kudosity to anyone looking for a solid SMS platform backed by great support.

We’ve been using Kudosity for Ovae and it has been such a seamless addition to our marketing stack. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate and integrates beautifully with Shopify. It’s given us a really clean and professional way to connect with our customers via SMS without feeling spammy or complicated. What truly stood out though was the support. Petros went above and beyond, even taking the time outside of normal business hours to help me navigate the platform and make sure everything was set up perfectly. That level of care and responsiveness is rare and so appreciated when you’re running a business and wearing all the hats.

The Kudosity Shopify extension has been a breeze to use, hence the 5 stars! For starters, the team is responsive which makes the set-up process easier. Upon launch, we started seeing good results from our abandoned cart recovery campaign. It honestly took under 30 minutes to set-up. Some issues to fix but the team got back quick. Fast forward to now, about 2-3 weeks in and we're still seeing such good ROI from this set-and-forget campaign. I particularly love the fact that you can segment the campaign according to cart value, and I'm looking forward to the launch of even more helpful segmentation criteria. That said, Kudosity's got a big yes from me.
