We've tried other platforms, but honestly, Kustomer is the best. We love how it's customer-focused, rather than ticket-focused, so reps can easily see every order and every interaction we've had with a customer (including chat, DM's from social media, phone calls, SMS, etc.) This helps us easily close out duplicate tickets and allows the customer to deal with one rep throughout the whole process. Support is awesome and helpful and the integrated Knowledge Base (internal and external) helps customers help themselves. We also love the easy-to-set-up chatbots!
