Rien à redire, tout est parfait ! Un grand merci à Patricia pour son suivi attentif, sa réactivité et son professionnalisme. La communication a été claire du début à la fin, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Je recommande sans hésitation.

L'équipe pro de La Poste assure : facile à contacter, un réel accompagnement personnalisé quand on le demande, ouvert aux pistes d'améliorations proposées. Ils font de leur mieux, et tout se passe de manière fluide et rapide !

Application basé sur boxtal qui fonctionne bien, cependant, je souhaiterais savoir quel service utiliser et, si possible, intégrer notre compte La Poste Pro. Nous avons un compte Colissimo Box avec un contrat, un compte La Poste Pro, et cette plateforme Pro expédition. Nous sommes un peu perdus, car les produits semblent identiques, mais les prix diffèrent. Nous aimerions utiliser cette plateforme liée à notre compte Pro (carte Pro) pour centraliser les expéditions et les factures, et, si possible, accéder au tarif Colissimo à 5,25 via cette interface Pro expédition. Merci d’avance pour votre retour et pour clarifier vos différents services.
