Having used Shipstation for over 10 years, I became increasingly frustrated with its frequent technical problems and subpar customer support. In search of a superior solution, I decided to give LABL a try - and I'm absolutely thrilled with the outcome. The LABL team truly delivers on their promises. After just a month of using their software, I can confidently say that it's outstanding. I can rely on it to function flawlessly every time, without encountering any issues like faulty printing or server downtime. Thanks to LABL, I can easily print my orders and get back to my daily tasks, without wasting time resetting or troubleshooting technical difficulties. And whenever I have any questions, the LABL support team responds promptly - within hours, not weeks. In short, LABL is an exceptional shipping software that has surpassed my expectations. Although there are a few minor features that Shipstation had which are currently missing from LABL, I have been assured that they will be added in the next release. Given LABL's demonstrated commitment to listening to their customers and continuously improving their product, I have full confidence that any missing features will be addressed soon. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my decision to switch to LABL and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for dependable and efficient shipping software.
