Customer service is slow.. but you can at least talk with an actual human.. The down side is, the human's have zero clue of how their software actually works, or that is how it seems. My "account rep" is nice, but again... has zero clue as to how to remedy my issues. The software is very very slow.. this actually takes us about 3x's as long to create a label than what we were experiencing with what I thought was a horrible program.. That horribleness is definitely being challenged at this time as LABL may get the new prize for that title.
