Good customer service, the guys respond very quickly and can answer complex queries. For example, they gave me a piece of custom code to solve my very advanced issue, and they know their stuff. Great app.

Update June 2025: Taras has just spend a great deal of time helping me with another bespoke request for my store. This is one of the best help desk experiences using an app! Highly recommend.

I downloaded Lably recently after comparing it to 5 other apps. I couldn't believe that it was totally free so I had to test it out. It works flawlessly and supports all the necessary use-cases for setting up labels and the conditions behind them. Not only is the app free, but the support team is fantastic and the response time was within 5 minutes. I would recommend anyone looking for a label/badge app to use Lably.
