Nice communication with the theme staff, solved the issue very fast. I had a problem with the badge position and the displaying on the website, but now it looks good. Thank you! :) Update: Everything works fine and I am very happy with how fast they respond and get the job done. Glad I installed this app.

This app is super useful and intuitive. It really helps promote the products in my store for free — something that’s hard to find these days. The real added value, though, is the customer service: always present, kind, and helpful. I’ve reached out twice and received amazing support both times. I truly appreciate it!

App did exactly what I wanted however there were a couple glitches that meant it didn't work when viewed on an ios device. The support was fantastic and they fixed the issue really quickly. It now works perfectly!

Extremely easy to apply labels to products, whether using the ones provided by the app or your own custom designs. The support is also excellent — not only quick to fix any issues that may come up, but also very open and helpful when it comes to creating something new based on your ideas. Highly recommended!

We are very pleased with the Lably app and the customization it provides with product labels. We were able to expand way beyond the limited scope of Shopify product labels with this app. The Lably team is also wonderful to work with, they were able to provide prompt and effective support and really helped us modify the labels so that they fit in and worked well with our store theme. Super simple app to customize labels and badges. Also, had the need to further customize by not displaying the label in the search bar results and the support team fixed it in minutes. Kudos to Oleksandr from the Support team!
