Had an issue with the way labels were displaying on mobile. I contacted CS at 10:30pm UK time, and someone (Oleksandr) was there to help! We spent quite a bit trying to connect and finally he got into my computer on Teamviewer and did in 5 min what I couldn't do in 2 hours! What a great customer Service for a really good app. Just make sure you don't grow too big and are sold to an International company (haha)! I would highly recommend an app made with thought and obviously love :)

What a great app. Works right out of the box. I had some custom needs and Taras fixed them perfectly within 15 minutes. Can´t recommend enough!

I recently integrated Lably Shopify app into my store, and I must say, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Not only did the app perform beautifully, but the customer support was outstanding from start to finish. From a functionality standpoint, the app was incredibly intuitive and easy to set up. It seamlessly integrated with my store without causing any hiccups, and it delivered the exact features I needed to enhance my store’s user experience. The design was sleek, the load times were fast, and it didn’t cause any slowdowns to my site, which is always a concern with third-party apps. However, what truly stood out was the support team. I ran into a minor issue during the installation process, and I reached out to the support team for help. Within minutes, I received a response from a knowledgeable and friendly agent who addressed my issue ASAP. You can't ask for better service!!! Their response time was incredibly fast, and the level of care and attention they provided was beyond my expectations.

We've had a great experience with this app. We love the UI and how intuitive the workflow is. The fact that you have default labels/badges is great, but we love that we were able to customize ours. We've used the scheduling, and it was perfect for launching sales and new items. The install is seamless, and the few customizations needed for our site was done by the Lably team. They were super helpful and very responsive. Lovin it!
