Floating widget is really distracting. I contacted support couple of times and never had an answer. At least they could be polite enough to answer anything like "sorry we can't help you with that", but this ignorance isn't something you expect nowadays. Update: Got a great customer support after some issues with communication. Their answers went to a spam folder that's why I never found them. At the end everything was fixed in a timely manner and it was a pleasure to work with such caring support team. Thank you!
