I loved using this app, but it just stopped working. I keep getting a message when I log-in. I tried to delete it and reinstall it but same error message. Sadly have to look for a new app that works properly. Error Message: "Server Error The service you requested is not available yet. Please try again in 30 seconds."

Launch Lab recently changed ownership and, during the handover, few things slipped through the cracks, that's what caused the issue. It's now fixed and fully back up. The app is well-designed and integrates seamlessly with my store. The developers communicate clearly and are highly receptive to client feedback, often willing to implement suggested features. I highly recommend it.
By far the most user friendly and cost effective app to bundle and upsell. And i have tried many before this one. hands down the best! The aesthetic is so neat and clean too. Cannot recommend enough so far.
