Unprofessional when we wanted to delete the app. Didn’t tell us pages will be deleted from the website as well and not only the templates.

Thank you for your feedback, and I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion you experienced when uninstalling the app. At the time, our communication regarding what happens to live pages after deleting the app wasn’t as clear as it should have been, and we take full responsibility for that. You were absolutely right to expect better transparency from us. Although your review was from some time ago, we noticed that your store is still active and we truly hope your business is thriving. Since that time, I’ve stepped in as the new Customer Success Manager and have completely rebuilt our support team. The challenges you faced were handled by our previous CS team, and I regret that we weren’t able to meet your expectations then. However, we’ve taken that feedback seriously and made significant improvements. Our uninstall flow and help documentation have been updated for clarity, and our new support team has been fully trained to better guide merchants through situations like this. We’re also investing heavily in upgrading the LayoutHub platform overall, both in features and user experience. The difference today is significant, and I’d love the opportunity to personally assist you should you ever consider giving us another try.
