LazyChat is an AI sales and customer support agent designed for social commerce. It automates sales and support across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, keeping inventory synced. The app consolidates conversations from multiple platforms into one inbox, where AI handles inquiries, recommends products, takes orders, and tracks deliveries. It syncs catalog and stock, promoting only in-stock items, updating stock, and applying discounts. Orders and stock changes are sent back to Shopify via webhooks for alignment.
