So far, I'm not having very good luck. Support isn't very responsive. The navigation and use of the app is somewhat difficult. I initially had the free plan, then switched to a paid plan to be able to use a key feature and found out through my own troubleshooting that it's only available on the highest plan. I hope to have my issue resolved soon.
