Leadly is a form builder app for ecommerce stores that allows merchants to create contact, wholesale, quote, back-in-stock, and support forms quickly and without the need to modify theme code. The app ensures that every submission is captured, stored, and never lost, even in case of failed email deliveries. Merchants can review submissions in the dashboard, export them to CSV, and forward them to email or a webhook with automatic retries.
