LensAdvisor: Prescription Lens

The LensAdvizor Team has been one of the most supportive teams we've ever dealt with in our line of work. The App started off doing what it advertised with the capability to help us reduce our customer service workload in our Rx program. We quickly learned that our specific store, products, and layout required A LOT of small adjustments, customizations, and tweaks that the app did not offer out of the box. We were assisted in custom-molding LensAdvizor into the perfect fit for our business by Zenos, who is really great with customer service and coding. Most of the time, Zenos responded to our requests and concerns within the same day, if not, within a few minutes. He even helped us work out bugs caused by our other apps which interfered with LensAdvizor. Overall, this is a great app with an amazing team behind it. Simple. Lens Advisor allowed us to build an improved shopper experience, Simplify a very complex customer decision tree, and best of all with very little development time. Zenos was unbelievably helpful with setting up the app and working through how to make Lens Advizor work with our existing backend workflows. I cannot recommend them more, or the app more.

Great app. There are none like it. Before LensAdvisor, I had to have our prescription options custom built into the website. It was super clunky and affected the websites performance. The app was super easy to set up and the boys at LensAdvisor are very responsive and and helpful with any queries I have had.

If you own a store that sells prescription eyeglasses, sunglasses, and/or contacts, LensAdvizor is 100% worth the investment. There is no other app like it in the Shopify App store for customizable RX eyewear functionality. The LensAdvizor team went above and beyond to help us with our eyeglasses and sunglasses setup - they also built out a full new contact lens functionality (in two weeks!) and worked with us every step of the way through email and zoom. I am completely blown away by their outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Would give them 100 stars if I could. THANK YOU, Ming and Z, for all of your work!

This app is very useful for eyewear stores! Very simple and easy to set up with a lot of customizable features. The customer service team is incredibly helpful if you need to tweak any customizations to the app as well. We've been really loving it! Highly recommended app!

Can't stress enough how fantastic this app is and how helpful the LensAdvizor team have been. We really wanted to offer prescription options to our customers and couldn't find a solution until we came across this app which has been a complete life saver! This app has helped us offer specific lens options to our customers and the customer service from LensAdvisor (particularly from Zenos) has been fantastic.
