The team is well structured from Sales, to 3D artist to overall project management. Their pricing is totally transparent, , extremely affordable even for start up e-com like mine who haven’t even started making money yet, and allows great flexibility. There has been a personalized approach through the whole process, meeting with the respective team members via zoom video calls. I really felt accompanied and special, not just another client. The CEO is even involved at any step of the way to ensure a great flow. They have Indeed taken on an uncomensurable number of change request due to me lacking the necessary resources to do so. As a result, they have succeeded to deliver my 3D asset on time and quality for my presentation to my client. They have been very keen to gather all my requirements to the latest detail, and acutally follow through on them. They have the highest level of 3D/AR customization you may ever find on the market, Matching with a top-of-the-notch quality of the product. Their technology has seemless integration with my shopify e-com, the charging for the 3D/AR is very fast wether you in 4G or wifi. What you get is exaclty what you see on their website and try-out products, and in my particular case, even better. And I can attest of that, since I am in the Luxury industry, where everything is in the details, and the highest demand is on quality over anything else. All-in-all, levAR is so much more than a Shopify App !
