We have a B2B store and so receive almost all of our orders via PO emails. The amount of time it takes to enter these has been cut in half by using the team at LevelOps. Maxime and his team have been dedicated to helping us work out kinks in our order process and thus we have been able to streamline how we turn around orders.

As a safety sign manufacturer we have around 1 millions SKUs and receive orders via direct ecommerce and many from pdf purchase orders emailed by customers. Although this number of SKUs was initially a challenge for Maxime and the LevelOps team - their support and dedication to help us resolve any issues has been outstanding. Highly recommend both the developers and the app to any B2B sellers looking to save time and eliminate manual processing of purchase orders. Soon they'll be the 'Dext' level of automation in this sphere!

Such a timesaver and super easy to implement! We've been using LevelOps for the past month to process Purchase Orders that we receive via EDI, PDF, Excel or email format, and the entire process has been seamless. The team is always available to assist, and they also listen to their customers feedback to develop different features that add value! I highly recommend this app.

Draft Orders get entered by magic! Yes, I know it's not magic, but it feels like it. Even when the PO we receive contains a vague description of the product and no sku, this app can still match it. We have yet to have one match failure. The AI is that good! Working with the team behind this Email to Order app is smooth, they're very responsive and always improving their app.

Levelops is truly the app we've been waiting for. Our biggest pain point was manually entering orders from outside PDF POs. Shopify's draft order interface is slow, constantly loaded cache, and frequently crashed, forcing us to redo hours of work. Levelops completely solves this nightmare. It has saved us massive amounts of time and frustration. Beyond the flawless app functionality, the owner's support is outstanding. We had a few specific workflow improvements we needed, and the owner got back to us and fixed them right away. They even checked in with us a few times afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly. This level of proactive care and dedication is rare. Required installation for any store dealing with wholesale or custom order entry!
