We have been using LC for our Whatsapp requirements since a while now and we have seen them grow and utilise our feedback for improving their product consistently. Having said that the one thing that set's them apart for us is the hand holding and proactive attitude that our PoC Sridhar has for us. He is available at our beck and call 24/7 and is just as invested in our growth journey as us. He has also taken the initiative for certain interventions for us infact. All in all the account management has been seamless.
