P-TAL review for LimeChat: WhatsApp Support+AI

We started out with Limechat for their support platform and soon subscribed to their Gen AI chatbot and Marketing Suite as well. Limechat and its two-way communication have played a pivotal role in our customer engagement, driving up our retention rate and LTV while also helping us close more sales from cart drop-offs. The AI chatbot has also streamlined our presales process to a large extent by providing accurate information regarding our products’ usage, maintenance & health benefits which was a huge roadblock for our customers to complete their purchase.
