Just uninstalled this app. It looks good, but they were charging $20 / month for 7 clicks. Not worth it.

1 Star for Email support team getting back to you with answers in a timely fashion. 0 Stars App does NOT chose related products if you carry hundreds of items. 0 Stars App does NOT chose related items based on category 0 Stars App does NOT chose related items based on brand 0 Stars App does NOT chose related items based on Shopify keywords The app chooses 1 random word from the title to link/match to. The app doesn't even use that 1 random word for all its links/matches. I tried to use email support and they answer you BUT I would have to input something on the backend for every product. Sorry this Linkcious Fails.

Easy app to help create up sells within the store itself when customers are searching through various categories or product styles.

This app has saved me weeks of work manually selecting related products as you have to do on other apps. Although some of the related items on my site www.templesandmarkets.com.au come up a bit random it is ok as we put a title "other things we love" instead of "related items." The support from Jason is phenomenal and I haven't paid anything - just fantastic. Thanks Linkcious / Jason

Easy to install and use, great service to link like-products, and the customer support is phenomenal. I would recommend this application to any store front that wants an easy increase to their sales.

First and foremost, I must say the customer service is excellent. Any problems I had (mostly minor) were solved over e-mail with Jason quickly and easily. That's what stands out the most and led me to write this review. And in addition to great customer service, you receive a very simple to use app that really helps convince some customers to dig a little deeper and add just one more product to the cart. The best part is, because the app figures out which products get the best click-through rates and knows what to recommend, I feel like I don't have to worry about any guesswork. And if you want to manually feature a specific product with another one, you can do that--so long as you're using one of the upgraded versions. The value is there, and the customer service is top notch, so I had no hesitations paying a few bucks a month.

Recommendations (STILL) make no sense at all. Support helped me customize a bit of the app's style. This was cool.

It recommends products that are not related. So we upgraded to the their paid version. And we still not working. It would be better if it actually allowed you to override the recommended products it shows. Contacted shopify support and they told me to contact the developer. I tried to contact the developer but no response. We are removing the app. We'll try a competitor. Update: The developer got back to me and explained that we needed to add special code to the description page and setup special tags for all of our products that we wanted classify as related. It's a long process since we have many products in our store. But it's working. I've increased their rating to 3 stars until they find a better way for us to do this and a better online help when they cannot respond to support emails.

Great App! Just downloaded it and already seeing a dramatic difference. Love the fact that it does A/B testing and amazingly easy to set up! Messaged Jason and got a response within an hour... now that is some good customer support!

Great app, it really solved my problem to hand pick related products. also they have great costumer service, they understand your needs and make an effort to help, i was in full contact with them and they really helped i highly recommend it
