App not working emailed support no reply and it's been a week. I don't understand why shopify allows this app
Hello, I'm so sorry for the inconvenience caused. But we have actually replied to you last week 2 times. Could you perhaps check your junk mail and see if the mail end up in there? If not, could you provide me with an alternative email where we can communicate with you? Once again, apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Just uninstalled this app. It looks good, but they were charging $20 / month for 7 clicks. Not worth it.

1 Star for Email support team getting back to you with answers in a timely fashion. 0 Stars App does NOT chose related products if you carry hundreds of items. 0 Stars App does NOT chose related items based on category 0 Stars App does NOT chose related items based on brand 0 Stars App does NOT chose related items based on Shopify keywords The app chooses 1 random word from the title to link/match to. The app doesn't even use that 1 random word for all its links/matches. I tried to use email support and they answer you BUT I would have to input something on the backend for every product. Sorry this Linkcious Fails.

Useless Trial.. Why claim to let your customers try the product when every interesting feature is locked and you are asked to upgrade.. your prices are high as well.. why would i pay you in advance just to see if your product is doing the job or not ? The automatic product relate feature in trial is pointless.. and does not give me a single idea or proof in terms of what your app is capable of..

Good app but I do not like that you need to upgrade to the largest package in order to do white label. The link/pop up to their site is very obtrusive and for this reason I uninstalled the app and will try something else.

Tried using this to get a simple dynamic product group to show on my WordPress blog (because we all know how awful the built in Shopify blogging is). Kinda buggy. You can't just install one app, you must install this app plus the SEO by the same company. Obviously not a deal killer but also not noted anywhere. The app has several display options, the one I wanted was a simple tiled grouping. Shows the images fine but part of the html from the products also shows making this look really wonky - photo of product then a bunch of html tags and text. There are a couple of other display options - I tried several but of the alternates there is a prominent branding button which while not objectionable per se, would be confusing to customers. "Do I click on the image or do I click on the button?" So in Linkcious' efforts to garner new customers for themselves, they'll confuse your customers. Which is kinda weird, no? I mean how many of my yarn customers will also have a Shopify store that they want to promote on WordPress? I imagine they'll get a lot of hits and then bounces. sigh. I imagine the premium version you could remove the branding - no mention of this on developer's website. But really $20/month to remove their branding seems kinda steep.

Extremely EASY app to set up and works fantastic! I love the option that search and select automatically products from the various categories to display. Highly recommended.

Really bad at indexing the website. Old products are always showing up. Causes pages on your site to take a long time to load.

This app has saved me weeks of work manually selecting related products as you have to do on other apps. Although some of the related items on my site www.templesandmarkets.com.au come up a bit random it is ok as we put a title "other things we love" instead of "related items." The support from Jason is phenomenal and I haven't paid anything - just fantastic. Thanks Linkcious / Jason
