Gordon was great and helped me with something in 3 minutes I was trying to figure out on my own for 3 hours. don't be dumb like me.
It works! Quick and clear technical support!
Easy to install app and exactly what we needed. Finally we can show our (refurbished) options on one and the same page. Helpdesk (Gordon) is responding very fast and with immediatly solutions to solve any issue or missing option. Amazing!
After trying multiple solutions, this was the only one that delivered exactly what we needed. The app works beautifully, but the customer support deserves special recognition. Gordon responded to our support requests within minutes and was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and proactive. He even helped implement custom CSS changes to perfectly match our brand aesthetic. Everything is great except my search bar won't come up when I click on it

It guides you through setup and leverages your existing variants, which makes everything much easier. Their customer support is outstanding and responds quickly. We were able to combine hundreds of products in minutes. Absolutely recommended. One feature I’d love to see: instant translation for the options generated via auto-fill, possibly AI-powered.
