LinkTrack is a Shopify App that allows ecommerce merchants to create shortened, trackable links for marketing campaigns. It provides insights on conversions and analytics such as clicks, orders, and revenue. The app is especially useful for tracking sales from different sources like social media influencers.

Unfortunately mid campaign, their app went down. Received zero response from multiple attempts through both email, and Shopify ticket and contact page. If you want something reliable, right now i cannot recommend LinkTrack. (Still waiting for a fix and a solution if you wana reach out Linktrack)
