it's bloody fantastic! I use a tiny portion of what it's capable of, looking to use it's more advanced features in the new year (26). The best out there.

This program is crap, the only decent thing about Linnworks is the real time inventory updates between ecommerce platforms and Linnworks itself work pretty decent other than that we have nothing good to say. Linnworks is poorly coded and lacking many basic features. Reporting is never accurate as Linnworks does not track average item cost so everytime we receive in an item at a new cost Linnworks changes the COGS of all past invoices resulting in inaccurate reporting for our accounting department.

I have been using Linnwork for years. Prints and processes all my orders, invoices, shipping labels and shipping manifests. Fast support from live chat and email. 6 years with no problems that were not solved the same day.
